Information Protection Program against Unauthorized Copying

Hello, there! I need a program that is able to protect information from unauthorized copying (NSC) from a flash media using digital steganography. The essence of the program is as follows: this program is installed on special computers (3-4 ordinary computers). The program, sews one part of the stegokey (sequence 1 and 0 of a certain length) into data stored on the computer (photo, audio, text documents, does not matter much) and is located inside this data. When we connect a flash media to the computer, which also has data that must be protected from the NSC, the program sews into this data another part of the stegokey. Thus, when we take out a flash drive and connect it to another computer on which the same program is running, the program analyzes them according to a certain criterion (comparison, addition by module 2 or some other criterion). For example: the program combines these 2 parts of the stego key, thereby forming one common stego key of a certain length (for example, 64 bits). If the key is formed and everything is in order, then the user gets access to the files stored on this flash drive. Otherwise, if the flash drive was lost and it was found by a stranger and decided to look at the data on his computer, which is not this program, then he should display an empty table of bits (that is, he should see that the flash drive is empty, and there is nothing on it) Well, or simply block it, so that nothing can be copied from this medium.
