Project description:
Organize automatic assignment of access rights to personal folders of users on \officefiles, grouping of user folders by departments,
implement automatic movement of user folders in connection with the transition from department to department (script vbs).
1 Access to the folder and to subfolders and files in it d.b. This user (for recording) and his department (for reading).
2 Inside each user folder d.b. -Personal folder with access only to this user (the rest of the users do not have access)
3 The FS_Full_Access group and system must have access to everything, including the personal files
4 When creating an employee in a domain (Users department), his folder should be created automatically
5 When an employee moves from department to department, access rights change themselves
6 All changes to manually installed files/subfolders must be reset (e.g., b. Inheritance from the user’s parent and personal folders only
7 When an employee is fired (blocked), the folder moves to an inaccessible sump
8 When the user is physically removed from the blood pressure, the folder is deleted with all the contents, including. sludge
9 The user has on the desktop d.b. tag on his folder (auto-creation)
After debugging and delivery, the script should be executed once a day at 23:00.
First, develop and agree on the algorithm, then proceed to execution.
