The maximum time to create a portrait of a million users is 1 hour.
Users should be analyzed by the following parameters: the level of intelligence, social activity, political views, physical activity, attitude to religion, attitude to alcohol. This set of parameters is minimally necessary. Accordingly, a filter must be made for each parameter.
The performer requires several teams – specialists in working with neural networks, psychologists, database specialists and programmers who will assemble the initial components into a single design. The choice of development environment remains with the contractor.
The budget of the project is 50 000 000 rubles. The project could be worth more if the results are better than those of Cambridge Analytica.
Detailed TK will be sent to the teams or individual specialists accepted to the project. The amount of prepayment is discussed individually with a team or individual specialist. Individual freelancers may be involved in a project if they show significant results in the areas described above.
