VBA Excel Business Game

You need to prepare several forms of VBA for data management in Excel.

The game is about managing an international mobile phone company. There are up to 5 teams with equal initial market shares. Players can build factories and open representative offices (sales offices) in different regions of the world. The initial conditions are the same for everyone. If you describe the conditions of the game, it looks something like this:

1. Players start the game with the initial conditions:
sales volumes in the regions of presence (for current and past periods),
production capacity in a particular region,
-Personnel,
Marketing research for the current period in various regions,
- nomenclature of goods with prices.

2. Each move players make management decisions in 5 areas (marketing, production, sales, personnel, innovation):
- can open/close factories/representative offices (the scale can be different, in each region its prices),
Determine marketing costs and sales channels,
Advertisement copy design (advertisement copy design)
- set prices,
- change production capacity, number of personnel in factories and number of managers in sales department,
- determine the production load depending on the expected demand,
- increase or decrease salaries, insurance payments, social benefits. Package, etc.
- produce in their own factories or use the services of third-party manufacturers,
- develop own technical solutions or order them from other companies (accelerates the process of bringing the product to the market),
Order ready-made devices with your brand (the fastest way to market)
order marketing research (market share, consumer preferences)
- develop new technologies.
3. After each management period (1 year, quarters we have abandoned) the company’s accounting information (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.) is displayed.
4. After 6 years, the overall result between the teams is summed up, the team with the maximum amount of profit for all 6 years wins.
