Knowledge of English is not lower than the level of Upper-Intermediate and the presence of experience in teaching it.

You work remotely from any quiet place.
You have a convenient schedule - 6 day shift schedule, namely 3 morning shifts - from 8.00 to 15.00 MSK and 3 evening shifts - from 15.00 to 22.00 MSK (such and only such schedule, no other)
You do not depend on the time of the student’s class and only teach classes in assigned shifts.
Official employment
Official salary and bonuses - from 19 000 to 25 000 rubles. +
