Project description
A programmer needs to write computer programs to learn Belarusian.
Task: to develop 2 desktop programs for learning the Belarusian language and transfer them to the customer for filling:
1) a game with various exercises for learning words, all words and exercises are in a database file that can be updated (user program).
(2) an admin program to add new words and exercises to the database.
After the administrator edited and saved the database in his program, he puts the database file in free access, users download it and replace his old database with a new one.
Requirements: Compatibility with Windows XP 10. Choosing technologies and tools to choose the performer.
After the transfer of programs to the customer, the customer must be able to:
1) create new sections in the program, give them names, change the number of words in the sections
2) to enter new words into the database (program), including the ability to change the translation of words, if necessary
(3) fill the window of the cabinet and fix the stones behind the words
(4) assigning words the status of foreign words
(5) to amend the script text
6) fill in the windows of the conditions of play
(7) change the response time
8) change the response conditions for the user of the program
The programs should have the simplest form. With primitive squares, circles - prototype buttons (as in the application (diagrams, sketches)). Design (design) of the programs themselves is not required.

Working conditions - work under a contract. The work will be given and paid in parts. In the process of work, a slight adjustment of some parts of the task is possible, but only before, of course, they are entrusted to the executor.
The contractor must live in Belarus and be a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. It must also be registered as an IP or legal entity. faces.
