Project description:
Sheet 1: A reference table that notes all the instructions that should be given to the employee, based on his specific workplace. Completed manually by the head of department (level of the head of department)
Sheet 2: this table includes the actual dates of the briefings and the initials of the instructor who conducted the briefing.
In the above two sheets, the interrelation of names and surnames is organized, some cells are protected from adjustment.
Sheet 3: This table is filled in: what instructions are given to a particular employee in which quarters: take the data of the last briefing from the sheet 2 plus the number of days between briefings (from the sheet 1), possibly up to 5 years and sorted by quarters.
The Plan for such and such a year includes dates tied to the current year. In 2018, the briefings may be different. In brackets for instructions (instructor’s initials from the sheet 2), if there is no data, then answer. Persons for leaf instruction 1 (see E18). There may be several instructions in the cell.
Column P: comparison of instructions included in the plan by quarters and the remainder (not included, for example, due to the lack of a date of instruction in the plan), but required according to the sheet 1

Excel with the initial approximate view is available. Changes can be negotiated. Implementation is only needed with Excel and, if necessary, what is most likely VBA macros with solid comments in the macro.
