Hello, there.
Please tell us about the cost of developing the SCADA system. In the attachment, an approximate view of the window, the difference that is required from the example is not more than 10% (this is a similar installation).
All information (variables) are in the PLC Aries. They need to be taken from it by the ORS server and then to SKADU. Programming PLCs and configuring ODPs is not your task. Only the development of SCAD as a client of ORS.
SCADA must also operate in web server mode to connect to it from any point with access to the Internet through authorization.
2 users must be provided: operator and dispatcher (only looking).
Provide for the maintenance of a 1-month deep archive based on the readings of all controlled variables.
Indication requirements:
All drives - on or off
T is the current temperature
P is current instantaneous flow rate
Radar level sensors with a horn on top of the containers - current level
In yellow cells in containers of the values of the settings of the upper and lower levels
Management requirements (only possible in operator mode)
- from the output table
- changing the values of the charters by levels, sending them to the PLC
