Project description
Required for a part-time employee of the call center for an online store.
Preferably with work experience and residence in Russia.
Only work with incoming and outgoing calls.
Responsibilities:
Accept incoming calls from customers (communicate on the sales script and make an application, record the name and delivery address, answers to customer questions).
I provide all the information about the store, frequently asked questions, etc. D.
Calls are made through a computer, a special program (IP telephony), a direct Moscow number. It is possible to set up a call forwarding to your mobile number and you will communicate with customers in the usual way! You can work from any city in Russia with high-speed Internet! Price and schedule are discussed by agreement. Write.
