14. Information system of representative office of a travel company in a foreign country.
A travel company in Russia forms a group of tourists and sends data on each tourist (name, passport data, gender, age, children, in which hotel they want to live) to the representative office. The representative office on the basis of these data fills in a package of documents for obtaining a visa for each, receives visas in the department of emigration, prepares lists of accommodation in different hotels and books rooms in these hotels.
The representative office is engaged in the reception of tourists at the airport, solves problems related to visas and customs, settles the group in hotels. The representative office offers a schedule of excursions and makes an entry for certain excursions. A list is compiled: who, on what excursions goes and is transferred to the agency of the organization of excursions.
The tourist group is divided into tourists who go to relax (they are more interested in excursions and are not interested in the warehouse), tourists who go to pick up the cargo (they are interested in the warehouse and will not be interested in excursions) and their children. Children cannot get a visa, move themselves, or go anywhere without their parents. Each category of tourists has specific characteristics.
The functional duties of the mission also include:
• Storage and shipment of cargo of tourists. In the warehouse, a weight sheet is started for each tourist, marking, weighing, packaging of cargo is carried out. For the shipment of cargo, a statement for each tourist is drawn up, it indicates: the number of seats, weight, cost of packaging, insurance, the total amount.
• Providing a full financial report to the parent firm. All items of expense and income - hotel, transportation, excursions, unforeseen expenses, calculations at the airport (loading of the aircraft, unloading, take-off and landing, dispatching services, cargo storage) are transferred to the financial report.
Types of requests in the information system:
1. To create a list of tourists for customs in general and for the specified category.
2. To create lists for accommodation on the specified hotels in general and in the specified category.
3. To obtain the number of tourists who visited the country for a certain period as a whole and in a certain category.
4. Get information about a particular tourist: how many times was in the country, the dates of arrival / departure, in which hotels stayed, what excursions and in which agencies ordered, what cargo was handed over.
5. Get a list of hotels in which tourists are resettled, indicating the number of rooms occupied and people who lived in them for a certain period.
6. Get the total number of tourists who ordered excursions for a certain period.
7. Choose the most popular excursions and the highest quality tour agencies.
8. To obtain data on the loading of the specified flight of the aircraft on a certain date: the number of seats, the weight of the cargo, the volumetric weight.
9. Get statistics on the cargo turnover of the warehouse: the number of seats and weight of cargo delivered for a certain period, the number of aircraft that exported this cargo, how many of them are cargo and how many are cargo and passenger.
10. Get a full financial report for the group as a whole and for a certain category of tourists.
11. Get data on expenses and income for a certain period: aircraft maintenance, hotel, excursions, visas, expenses of the representative office, etc.

The task is banal, word for word can be found on the Internet, but I could not find a ready database, although someone probably has it.
The database is required to be executed in MS Access and waits for the database file with ready-made tables, queries and reports, as well as screens of the query text in SQL with the result and a brief explanation.
It will be enough to add literally several entries in the tables so that the result of each request displays at least 2-3 entries.
