Project description
I need a remote software tester. Due to the growth, the company requires attentive, responsible people who want to develop in the field of software testing and take part in ensuring the quality of software products.
The company specializes in the development and implementation of complex IT solutions. The main areas of the company’s activity are large web projects, business automation and mobile applications.
Our demands:
Be a dedicated, organized and detail-conscious specialist (we pay special attention to the quality of our products).
English language skills at intermediate level and above;
Confident knowledge of the theory of testing;
It is desirable to have practical skills in the field of testing;
Your duties will include:
Performance of quality assurance tasks;
Assistance in managing the development of complex IT projects in the financial sector;
Organize and conduct manual testing of our software products;
Work in a bug tracking system;
Preparation of related documentation.
Our working conditions:
A type of cooperation in the mode of work from home, but with full-time employment without the possibility of combining with other labor or non-working activities (we are ready to provide sufficient workload on serious tasks);
Initial work with a mentor to teach the specifics of working on our projects;
Relevant and systematic promotion and pay, directly dependent on the growth of your professionalism. Payment is made regularly until the 10th of each month.
As a small test task, we ask you to describe in the cover letter how you would solve the next case.
During testing, you find a bug. There is no description of this functionality in the TK. The manager claims that this bug is unimportant. The developer claims it's a feature.
