You need to create a multifunctional website.
T.Z. for the site.
- the site is an informational news magazine, with pages of other useful information, for the masses (so that there is something to read interesting or useful).
- there must be a multifunctional free ads board filled from other sites, in addition to ads that will be placed by newly arrived and registered users.
- the site should be selling any information services, wishing users, it should be attached to all popular payment systems among users, including SMS.
It should be open on any device used to access the Internet.
- the site should not be overloaded with a complex or voluminous interface, like a bulletin board "hand to hand";
Advertisements should be placed easily, easily, easily, but without repetition.
Rules and agreements with the registering user should be provided.
The site should be provided for the placement of different types of advertising (for advertisers).
