Project description:
A home for a family of 4-5 people.
It is required to develop a project of a residential private two-storey house, with a total area of about 250-350 m2 with an attached garage for two cars. The area of the house plot is 15 acres (30 m * 50 m, rectangular shape).
The layout of the house on the first floor includes a living room, combined with the kitchen, a guest room, a bathroom, a storage room for food storage, a sauna, a technical room with a separate exit to the site, without a basement.
The layout of the house on the second floor includes three bedrooms, a dressing room, 1-2 bathrooms.
It is planned to use in the construction of the house:
1. Foundation - FBS, 24-4-6
2. Floors - empty reinforced concrete slabs
3. Walls - cement-sand dry pressing unit M-75, 400*200*200 (the thickness of the outer wall is 400 mm + PSB 25F 200 mm insulation)
4. Finishing of facades - wet type, porcelain plates, clinker tiles
5. Flat roof - insulation + PVC membrane
