Home-based CALL Center Operator (we consider any city)
We are looking for those who are in constant development and are ready to move to high results!
We are looking for remote work (at home) call center operators who have savvy, lively character and a pleasant voice.
Responsibilities:
● Processing incoming calls
● Enrollment of citizens for consultation with lawyers
Introducing the data provided by a potential client into the work program
Requirements:
Availability of a computer or laptop, wired (dedicated) Internet and headset (earphones with a microphone)
• The ability to work between 9.00 and 22.00 GMT and provide silence when working with clients (work in a separate room)
- Competent, clear speech
Experience in telephone sales, the operator of the call center is welcome
You can not work in a similar position, training in the process of work
