Project description:
The concept of the site.
Service for promotion of performers in the style of rap/hip-hop. The main tool is a rating system for evaluating music files and the performers themselves. This will allow, based on the results of the listeners’ vote, to identify the best compositions and strongest performers.
Site design
The front page.
On the main page, the user should see all the most important information.
Under the header is supposed to place a block with a “brief retelling” of the site events, 3-5 points.
Below is the "Artist" block information about the TOP or random performer.
Below are two blocks of “new” and “TOP” that should display – 5-10 tracks from the corresponding sections.
Section "news" news industry (it is supposed to take from social networks, Vkontakte, Twitter).
Novelty
The files (musical) are displayed in order of adding t. f. The freshest one up there.
The ability to download and listen to compositions. When adding tracks, add all information about track quality, duration, carpet, description, link to user profile
TOP
The order of tracks is based on the result of the rating (user voting).

Artists
A list of all artists their bio and music files, submitted or added independently. With the possibility of sorting the list: by popularity (result of voting rating), novelty, alphabetically. On the page, we see a list of 10 users with a reduced avatar, nickname, city and item briefly. When you click on the artist, you see the user profile. The administrator can add artist profiles on their own at their request.
