• Receiving incoming/outgoing calls;
• Record of candidates for interviews;
• Interviews;
• Recruitment of staff;
• Planning of external staff for shifts;
• Bringing information to employees, working with a large amount of information;
• Operational work to clarify the situation at the facilities
• Preparation of weekly reports
• Monitoring the labour market
Requirements:
• Education not lower than the specialized average;
• PC - experienced user;
• Competent speech;
• Responsibility;
• Punctuality;
• Communication skills;
• Pleasant appearance
• Desirable experience in mass recruitment
