Project description:
Requires a sales coach for a remote permanent job. Full-time.
The work is not seasonal or project-oriented, but long-term cooperation with the prospects for growth and development in the company.
The scope of the company, the services we provide:
Certification/Declaration of products
- development of technical documentation for production
At the moment, you will have one group of customer service managers – 4 people. They are now working on a single product. They receive 400 new applications every month. All remote employees.
The objective to be achieved is:
20+ managers distributed across multiple groups, 2000+ new orders monthly for all, 10+ products, increase conversion rate twice the current value, lead the additional sales.
What needs to be done:
- Development of a training programme
- development of a sales algorithm and scripts
- Development of a sales book
- conducting trainings and webinars
- staff coaching
- search, hiring, internship, adaptation of employees
- work to improve the performance of each manager individually and the groups as a whole
- report
- conduct daily planning with managers
You will be provided with an inspector, whose tasks will include monitoring the execution of scripts and algorithms by managers and quality control of our service through customer calls.
Payment from 50,000 rubles. + bonuses when reaching indicators (from 100 000 rubles)
