Project description:
Synchronization with the database of the site
1. Bilateral synchronization of site and 1C clients with all their terms and conditions of contracts and agreements
1.1. In 1C from the site are entered new counterparties and individuals
1.1.1. For legal entities, the search criterion for existing counterparties is the TIN.
1.1.2. For phys. There are two such criteria: name, e-mail
1.1.3. To ensure a “quick order” (without registration), a set of necessary data from the site is used as a comment on the order, the counterparty is used in this case “Private Person”.
1.2. When searching for buyers on the site, the ID of the registered buyer is used.
1.2.1. In the absence of the desired buyer on the site (that is, the counterparty ID in 1C is not assigned)
2. Providing database 1C some structure of data storage, providing different display of the same goods from database 1C in different stores of the engine (multi-shop).
3. Unilateral unloading of commodity items from 1C database to the site.
4. Organization of obtaining data on orders created on the site
4.1.1. Creation of documents "Customer Order" based on order data from the site
4.1.2. Notification of the operator 1C about the received order
5. Ensuring change of the status of the site orders based on changes in the status of the Applications in the 1C database
6. Ensuring synchronization of the residues available for order between the site and 1C database
7. Synchronization of other document flow between the site and 1C database
8. Providing messaging mechanisms between the customer from the site and the operator of the 1C database (fax, sms, e-mail, chat online)
