Project description:
We're an outsourcing call center, and we need someone who can manage our communications. Work will be tedious remotely, tasks will be given regularly - several times a week. In the future, it is possible to move to a permanent job in the company.
Responsibilities:
Support of the company’s VoIP infrastructure (Oktell software package):
• Setup of equipment and IP PBX
• Creating routing rules and call processing algorithms
• Addressing emerging challenges
Requirements:
• Knowledge of SIP, SQL
• Oktell knowledge
• Experience with contact centers
Conditions:
• Remote project work (in the future, it is possible to move to work in the company)
• Payment of 400 r/hour
