The online store of ventilation equipment is required
Remote Administrator/Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Receiving incoming calls and consulting clients
• Processing orders from the site by mail and telephone
• Correspondence with the supplier and potential buyers
• Interaction with the Transport Company (creation of delivery orders, control of couriers)
• Readiness to go to the post office and send goods by Russian Post to the regions
• From May to September to stay 5 working days in Moscow (sales and orders season)
• Ready to get into the ventilation theme quickly
The skills you should have:
• Experience in consulting clients over the phone is desirable
• Experience in sales in ventilation will be a significant plus
• Confident PC user
• Stable and fast Internet, own printer
• 100% of working time to be in touch by phone and online
• Experience in managing a management table in Google docks is desirable
• Desirable experience in CRM
• Literary speech, preferably without parasitic words
Conditions:
• Remote work
• Customers are always warm on incoming telephone or postal.
If you are working remotely in an online store, this is only a plus
• Being strictly in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road (not Khimki, not Krasnogorsk, not Lyubertsy / Balashikha, etc.)
• Average salary of the seller from 10-20 thousand Per month, fix +% with sales, working an average of 2-4 hours a day, but still being connected online from 9 to 18
• On average, up to 10 calls per day. The total conversation time is 5-10 minutes.
• Working from a cottage/village or other city is not technically possible.
