Good afternoon, dear experts!
With a large number of orders, I am looking for an assistant who will be able to perform some of the tasks under my guidance.
Examples of tasks:
1. Writing a task for a designer/programmer.
2. Selection of candidates for the project / communication with candidates.
3. Tracking the work of specialists.
4. Writing documents / working with various services / searching for necessary information.
5. Other errands.
Mandatory requirements for candidates:
1. Understanding the principles of website development, understanding the processes of website development.
2. Availability during the working day and evening (if required).
3. Preparedness for an irregular working day.
4. Fast learning.
5. The ability to communicate via Skype/phone.
6. A good Russian speech. Understanding the culture of communication and sticking to it.
Desirable requirements for candidates (be sure to indicate in the review which one you meet):
1. Experience as a web programmer/designer/manager (if yes, links to projects and your role in them are desirable).
2. Initial knowledge of php/html/css/js.
3. Experience with photoshop.
4. Understanding what usability is.
5. Experience with different CMS (a special plus if you worked with WP and Bitrix).
6. Experience with project management systems (e.g. Redmine, Jira, Bitrix24).
The big plus is:
1. English (above average level) The ability to search for technical information, communicate with native speakers, read correspondence.
What do you suggest?
1. Hourly pay. We pre-examine how many hours the task will take, assign its execution time (or a fork of time, if it is difficult to estimate initially). When the task is completed, we make adjustments if necessary.
2. Gradual immersion. I will start with simple tasks, in small quantities. As I understand that you are ready to perform more difficult tasks, I will give them to you.
3. Help and training in the process. I will tell you how and what to do, give examples, advise in all matters. The quality of the product is primarily my own interest.
If you do not meet any of the requirements of the “preferably” it does not mean that you will not suit me. Respond to the project, with a description of what requirements you meet and what do not. All responses, except for auto-response, will be considered.
