Since the second half of January, I (Samoilenko Anna, business coach) have been launching a website that will sell online video tutorials for contact staff of restaurants and cafes.
The essence of the work is calls to our target audience via Skype using the script (script) of the call.
Free schedule.
Remote work. The city doesn't matter.
The project is indefinite.
Our product is unique, as we have not found professional analogues: there are scattered and short videos for everyone - waiters, bartenders, hostess, sommelier. However, there are almost no competitors who would teach this professionally online. Basically, everyone offers classroom training.
Our online training of contact personnel will be in demand primarily in small and secondary institutions that cannot maintain their own coach and bring staff to external trainings. Large companies (federal level) usually have their own online tutorials or video tutorials.
We need a favor.
If the director wants to train staff, minimally participating in this process (laziness, lack of time).
If he wants to train staff, but he doesn't have money for a coach.
If he wants to train staff, but his level or the level of his administrators is not high enough to train them.
If he wants to train staff but doesn’t understand how to do it correctly
The price threshold for the target audience is up to 15 thousand. Therefore, the procedure for calculating with operators will be as follows: for each order made from the customer, the operator will receive a commission of 6500 rubles. Payment will be made through the site, each operator is assigned a unique number, which he informs the customer. The customer must enter this number when registering on the site, then we will understand which operator to transfer the commission. The commission is transferred within a day to the bank card or to the Yandex account money. If the customer does not specify the operator number, this means that the service was purchased not through the operator, but through advertising or external sources.
Every month, employees will be paid in advance Skype calls in Russia.
Calls will be made according to a script (script) that will be ready so already.
