Our company is a representative of the software manufacturer (section on our website CRM-systems) in Moscow. We invite a specialist to work, who will configure the database of CRM systems for customers (without customer search). The CRM system works on the basis of the Microsoft Access database and the Microsoft SQL Server database. The subject of projects is customer accounting, warehouse and trade, project management, etc. Each client’s project is unique and interesting. The setup is mainly done through the interface (no programming required). At the meeting with the client (together with the manager) the structure of the business processes of the customer’s company and the technical specification are discussed, on the basis of which the database is prepared for the client’s tasks. For convenience, the technical task is compiled in Excel. This process usually takes 2 to 4 weeks in part-time employment. Once the database is ready, it is tested on the client’s server and computers. When the client says that everything is fine and everything is working as it should, the project is closed. It is also possible to provide technical support to the client in the future.

Installation (implementation) of CRM programs on the client's computers and configuring access to the database on the client's server through a web interface; This is the import of data from old systems, Excel files and others, setting up the system.
Integration with other systems (MS Access or MS SQL Server format is easily integrated with other systems);
- operational support during the implementation of the software (work at the stage of commissioning of the system, minor improvements, consultations);
- training of the customer's personnel on work with the system;
Technical support and advice (support) of the client in the future (after he has everything worked). Pays separately.
