Good afternoon.
The project consists of 2 unequal parts, I really want the work to be performed by one (team) performer (because the work is not done by the same person). In the previous launch attempt, the teams failed to agree among themselves after unsuccessful attempts to simply roll it back, and without reaching an understanding (and without providing anything).
Part 1
It requires the development of a parser or the revision of the available information to collect information from the portal or (in theory they are equivalent, but as practice shows not quite)
Part 2
The site is updated in accordance with TZ!
Refining the search engine, sending messages (more complete wishes are in the TZ), layout layout layouts of site (about 9 pages), integration of layouts on the site layout ready (don’t rest on the layout, it does not play in principle any key role until everything else works, as it looks no matter).
And the most important link to the site that requires reanimation
I’m sorry to have to read a lot of letters, but as practice has shown, only interested people will still read the text.
Well, most importantly, before making suggestions and assumptions, evaluate the TK, the work is prescribed. Please respect and do not waste time. If you understand what needs to be done, you are ready to do this work, then send your proposal and we will discuss the deal directly.

Work ONLY through a secure transaction or under a post-payment contract.
(I won’t discuss any other options, I’m tired of getting my money back.)
PS I hope that it will be possible to bring this project to the finished product, as you understand, over time, it will require revision and support of the constant operability of the project, the addition of tools and not only, all this will be required after the launch of the current one.
