I am an author of applications for mobile devices (private person, IP). A tablet vendor has offered to pre-install my free apps on its devices. There is no payment for this.
To this end, it is planned to conclude a license agreement on the transfer of non-exclusive rights to applications. The tablet supplier provided its version of the contract on 5 pages.
