You need to raise corporate email on a Linux server with spam filters, differentiation of the access level, make sure that only certain users can write to arbitrary e-mail, and all others only to the e-mail of the corporate domain.
As a mail program on the server, you will need to put RoundCubeMail and, if possible, change the logo in it, which we will provide.
The work will be done through TeamViewer, as the Internet access to this server is very limited.
