Since the second half of January, I am expanding the staff of the sales department of my Company through remote work via the Internet.
The essence of the work is cold calls to our target audience by Skype or phone (depending on the location of the freelancer) using the script (script) of the call.
Your processes:
1) Preparation of the base for calling - I will present you a list of "potential customers" for calling on a daily basis.
2) 1st call to the client - determining the customer's need for our goods / services, establishing initial contact and acquaintance with a potential client, access to the LPR (decision maker)
(3) Based on the results of the work, para. 2 sending an e-mail (CP) or appointment of a meeting.
(4) Transfer of information to the curator, i.e. Me.
Before starting the work, training is carried out on goods / services, and information (booklet) about the company, scripts for cold calls, advantages, a list of objections, etc. is presented.
Free schedule.
Remote work. The city doesn't matter.
The project is indefinite.
Payment by agreement, for consideration of 2 options:
(1) Fixed salary - link to plan
(2) Conversion fees: (1) Call-KP (individual) 2) From Call to Meeting
Brief information about the company - the company is engaged in the production and wholesale of packaging materials (scotch, stretch film), and also provides services for the disposal of industrial waste (purchase of waste paper, films, etc.).
