Project description:
The project of creating a system for generating customers in the financial services sector from receiving an application to the issued loan and collecting payments:
- Dynamic web questionnaire and personal account,
Database (data comes from a questionnaire, from another database, or with additional input),
- Mechanism for remote work with applications by employees for calling customers (collection of additional information),
Integration of the database with the decision-making system (data transfer, return and preservation of the decision on the application),
Record the history of communication with customers (email, SMS, calls), integration with the mechanism of creating and sending messages.
The creation of the system includes design, programming, work with databases, development of business processes (writing TK, selection and coordination of performers, control of deadlines).
After the creation of the system, constant rapid upgrades (2-3 days maximum) and expansion of system functions are necessary. Collaboration is permanent remote. 8 days a week until the creation of the system, then - 3 - 4 days a week. Flexible schedule, zp 30,000. at the stage of creating the system, then - 20 000 r. / month. The RPA is paid for tasks in full and in the highest priority.
