I will develop a business plan consisting of:
• introduction;
• product description;
• marketing data;
• company description;
• cash flow;
• financial ratios;
• risks.
Depending on the line of business, trade, manufacturing, or other project implementation conditions - for example, whether it is a project based on a newly organized company or a new project based on an already operating company - or other client wishes, the sections of the business plan may be adjusted.
The most significant part of the plan, the cash flow and calculation of financial ratios, is provided in electronic form in Excel format, which will allow the client, by changing the figures in the tables, to subsequently consider additional project development options at their own discretion.
The calculations made at the business planning stage not only determine the volume of required investment, but can also serve as a good benchmark during project implementation.
A business plan demonstrates the feasibility of implementing the project and its attractiveness for investment.
