Hello! We carry out the development of new products and the replication of existing ones in the field of heat engineering, mechanical engineering and instrument making. We perform work supporting the full or partial product life cycle, including:
- Development of structural schemes with design and calculation justification at the level of technical proposals and preliminary design.
- Development of a working draft with a set of working documentation, produced in 2D, 3D based on the CAD software products "SolidWorks", "Kompas", "Autocad", etc.
- Development of a comprehensive program for the experimental testing of products and program-methodologies for unit and integrated tests.
- Creation of a set of tools for conducting experimental testing of units and products.
- Conducting unit and integrated tests.
- Author's support of the product creation process from technical proposals to series production.
-Technical examination of sets of design documentation and experimental testing of products.
- Sketching and creation of design documentation based on an existing part. Creation of drawings from 3D models. Development, editing and conversion of drawings from paper to electronic form.
We can handle both small projects for one or two specialists without a formal contract (by receipt) and large projects involving a team of design engineers with all legal details observed.
