Work description:
A thermal cutting machine with a cutting area of 2x12 meters, "Jupiter Light", in the "Combi" configuration. That is, in the base configuration it can work with both plasma and gas cutters.
The sheet-loading table is ventilated, sectional, with pneumatic control of damper opening/closing. Air with the products of metal combustion is removed only from the section over which cutting is taking place.
Round rails and a toothed rack are used on the X axis.
Profile rails and a toothed rack are used on the Y axis.
Cylindrical guides and a ball screw are used on the Z axis.
The drives on all three axes are stepper motors with encoders.
Accuracy class - first or highest.
