Those who often spend time out of town have surely encountered a clingy plant such as burdock, or as folk call it - dock, which grows along roads and on wastelands. We have long regarded it as an ordinary annoying weed. But Mother Nature herself has always cared for us, and what we need for treatment and self-care sometimes grows right under our feet.
