The project task required rewriting 200 real estate descriptions — specifically 200 descriptions of business centers in Saint Petersburg. For the rewrite, the requirement was to use as many words as possible, such as the business center name, the business center location (address, metro stations), occurrences of words like rent, lease, take, etc. Requirements were also set for text uniqueness of 95% by deep Advego Plagiatus check.
This example (the 1st of 3 published on this site) demonstrates the completion of the work on this project, namely the rewrite of the description of the "Baltiysky Business Center".
