Work description:
The "PUMP" program is designed for entering measured parameters, processing them, storing them, and outputting the results of pump unit tests, including acceptance tests.
The program allows you to enter, edit, and store the following parameters:
Flow rate;
Electrical;
Pressure;
Temperature;
Vibration;
Mechanical (rotation speed);
Leakage.
Calculated indicators:
Hydraulic head;
Consumed power;
Useful power;
Pump efficiency.
The program calculates and plots the following characteristics:
Head (Q-H);
Energy (Q-N) and (Q-h);
Vibration (Q-Vc).
Based on the measured data, the program calculates the characteristics of the pump unit and produces a report on 4 sheets of an Excel spreadsheet.
