The availability and condition of the electrical grid will play a significant role. It's unpleasant if the electricity is cut off in the evening hours or if several appliances switched on at once lead to an overload.
It's important to find out who the neighbor will be and what social circle they belong to, in order to avoid conflicts in the future. If the house will serve only for weekend rest, you need to take care of its safety in the owner's absence (it's desirable that the village be guarded).
