MVNO (mobile virtual network operator) is a virtual mobile operator that uses the existing infrastructure of another operator but sells services under its own brand.
The project was carried out for a network whose subscribers were assumed to be sports fans.
During the research, the following was carried out:
• a forecast of the subscriber base and options for its growth;
• the main and additional network services were defined;
• the corresponding network model and the stages of its development were worked out;
• pricing;
• a forecast of revenue from providing network services;
• a forecast of the cost of providing services;
• a forecast of profit from providing services;
• the regulatory and legal basis for implementing the project was worked out.
