The ordered site doesn't work, he doesn't answer emails, doesn't fix errors

Same story! He made a site. Some minor tweaks were left. We paid for the site. He didn't finish those small details. He didn't give access to the control panel - we can't change anything on our own site. Then he disappeared. After that the site just fell apart. Chunks of code started appearing on the page, widgets like "order a call" and the contact form stopped working. Before that our old site was in the top ten in search engines. Now we've crashed out of there spectacularly. He gets in touch every other time, very reluctantly, promises that he'll finish everything by evening, but no. In short, a scammer in all his filthy glory.

I don't know who recommends him. In fact — he took a 30% prepayment and disappeared. Over three weeks he got in touch about four times, showed some mockups for the project (website creation), a slapped-together "on the knee" template of a site, and disappeared again. The result — no prepayment, no project, the time can't be recovered (21 days lost). And so a review, because he doesn't get in touch, closed his page on the site. I don't see it as reasonable to pay for "Pro" because of one person like this. I don't recommend him; to the other victims, if I'm not the only one, I'll soon give this little guy's details.
