About me:
I have been working in public procurement and commercial procurement since 2017, on the part of the supplier. I know the regulatory framework, work practices, how to find a tender, calculate, analyze documentation and draft contract, draw up and submit an application without deviations, have experience in drawing up complaints to the FAS and the UPP, can conduct a tender from its location to receiving payment from the customer, have experience in negotiations with the customer, as well as in situations related to the RNP.
I offer full cooperation, my personal experience is 38 executed contracts, both 44 and 223 Federal Laws, achieved payment for several contracts, saved one individual entrepreneur from the RPT, negotiated with the customer, drew up complaints to the FAS and won cases. He searched for suppliers of goods and services, negotiated with them on delivery with discounts, kept accounting for two individual entrepreneurs who worked on tenders, and also did many other things, including personal presence at the delivery of goods.
