Preparation of estimates for construction, reconstruction and overhaul, maintenance of projects and initial data (drawings, defective acts, statements, plans, schemes, list of equipment and materials) in the estimate and regulatory bases TSN-2001 dop.47, TSNB TER-2001, FER-2001 ed. 2017, GESS-2001 ed. 2017 and in commercial rates for all types of work:
- for general construction works (AR, KR, KM, KZH);
- internal engineering systems and external engineering networks and communications (water supply and sewerage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electricity, low-current systems, thermal networks, gas supply);
- for landscaping and landscaping of the territory, IAF, road construction works.
- on maintenance of engineering communications, fire alarm systems, dispatch control and control, technological equipment, electrical and low-current networks, equipment and devices;
- preparation of resource estimates.
