The profile of the enterprise: introduction of a unified telecommunication system of dispatching control and automated management of mining machines and technological complexes (UTAS) in coal mines of Ukraine, development and production of sensors and controllers for the UTAS system, as well as development and production of a variety of conveyor transport.
Main responsibilities:
• Documentation for the latest unified telecommunication system of dispatch control and automated control of mining machines and technological complexes of UTAS, as well as for new developments;
• Participation in the design of UTAS systems based on programmable controllers TX9042;
• Equipment specifications;
Calibration, configuration, programming of the TX9042 industrial controllers (Trolex, England);
• Integration of automation facilities existing at the facility (coal mine) into the UTAS system;
• Implementation of the UTAS system
• Commissioning of the UTAS system at the installation facility (coal mines), setting up the interface networks of the UTAS system;
• Coordination of design and technical issues with mine representatives;
• Participation in the development of 19 new devices;
• Production of sensors and controllers;
• Author’s supervision of production;
Repair of CNC machines based on controllers of SIEMENS (SIMATIC S5) and other manufacturers.
• Development of a solid-state contactor for traction lithium batteries.
• Development of various Shields for Arduino.
