1 GENERAL CONCEPTS
1.1 Freelance Marketplace. A network resource available at 24freelance.pro including all its subdomains *.24freelance.pro
1.2 External site. Any other site, except for the Freelance Marketplace.
1.3 Target site. An external site provided by the Advertiser for the purpose of its advertising on the Freelance Marketplace. Within a single advertising campaign (one banner, one article, one other type of advertising) only one external site may be specified as the target site.
1.4 Banner. A graphic image in .png, .jpeg (.jpg) or .gif format with an active hyperlink to the target site, which is placed on the Freelance Marketplace in a specific position, of a specific size [1], for a specific period and for a specific cost.
1.5 Article. Text material, which may contain graphic materials, tables, attachments, links to the target site, and which is placed on the Freelance Marketplace in the corresponding section, for a specific period and for a specific cost.
1.6 Advertising. The image and description of a banner, an article, a link to the target site and other information provided by the Advertiser for placement on the Freelance Marketplace / for the provision of advertising services by the Freelance Marketplace.
1.7 Advertising content. The image and description of a banner, article materials, the content of the target site and other information provided by the Advertiser and the administration of the target site.
1.8 The Administration. The owners of the Freelance Marketplace and persons acting on their behalf, who provide the opportunity to place advertising.
1.9 Advertiser. A visitor of the Freelance Marketplace who wishes to order (has ordered) the placement of advertising.
1.10 Visitor. A remote host that has requested the loading of any page of the Freelance Marketplace.
1.11 Impression. The display of advertising to a Visitor when they visit the Freelance Marketplace.
1.12 Placement. The publication of advertising on the Freelance Marketplace for the purpose of displaying it to a Visitor.
1.13 Period. The time interval that was chosen by the Advertiser for placing advertising on the Freelance Marketplace.
1.14 Cost. The amount that the Advertiser paid (must pay) when (for) placing advertising on the Freelance Marketplace.
1.15 Payment. The transfer of financial funds from the Advertiser in favor of the Administration in full, equal to the full cost of placing advertising on the Freelance Marketplace.
2 RULES ON PLACING ADVERTISING
2.1 These Rules present information for the Advertiser and the Visitor concerning on placing and displaying advertising on the Freelance Marketplace. The Advertiser and the Visitor undertake to comply with these rules in full. Otherwise, appropriate measures, which are described in these rules, may be applied to violators.
2.2 The Administration of the Freelance Marketplace is not responsible for advertising content and its accuracy.
2.3 The Administration of the Freelance Marketplace is not responsible for direct and/or indirect losses incurred as a result of the use of advertising content.
2.4 The Administration of the Freelance Marketplace does not handle the review and resolution of disputes and conflict situations arising between the Visitor and the Advertiser, however it reserves the right to block the display of advertising without reimbursing funds to the Advertiser in the event of receiving from Visitors substantiated complaints about advertising content or actions of the Advertiser (the administration and employees of the external site) toward the Visitor.
2.5 The provision of statistical information is not mandatory either before payment and placement of advertising on the Freelance Marketplace, or after payment and placement of advertising on the Freelance Marketplace.
2.6 All inquiries from Visitors are accepted for review only from the e-mail address specified and confirmed during registration on the Freelance Marketplace. All inquiries from Advertisers are accepted for review only from the e-mail address specified when placing and/or paying for advertising.
2.7 In advertising content, any mention of the Freelance Marketplace, the logo and other graphic elements of the Freelance Marketplace is prohibited in any form.
2.8 The following is also prohibited in advertising content:
- using words/phrases that violate norms of decency and morality;
- advertising external sites except for the target site;
- using contact details except for those published on the target site;
- using the names of firms (organizations, studios, etc.) except for those to which the target site belongs;
- using profanity;
- using content that may mislead the Visitor;
- using content to discriminate against, insult, provoke the humiliation of people or to conduct an aggressive advertising policy.
2.9 All components of advertising content must be relevant and correspond to the offered product or service, as well as to the audience to which the advertising is shown.
2.10 Advertising must clearly represent the advertised company, product, service or brand.
2.11 The products and services mentioned in advertising content must match those presented on the target site, and the target site must not contain offers or links to any products or services prohibited by the current rules.
2.12 Advertisers are responsible for understanding and complying with the requirements of all applicable norms and laws. Non-compliance may lead to various consequences, including the termination of the display of placed advertising without reimbursement of funds.
2.13 When placing advertising, it is necessary to take into account the fact that 1 month equals 30 calendar days, and 1 year equals 12 months.
2.14 Any advertising on the Freelance Marketplace is placed exclusively on 100% prepayment for the entire selected placement period.
2.15 After the start of display, advertising becomes publicly available information. The Freelance Marketplace may disclose advertising content and all information related to the Advertiser's advertising activity to government bodies or agencies if it considers that this will assist a lawful investigation.
2.16 By placing advertising on the Freelance Marketplace, the Advertiser confirms ownership of the advertising content and confirms their consent to the storage of an electronic copy of the advertising content on the servers of the Freelance Marketplace.
2.18 The Advertiser undertakes not to place advertising and guarantees the absence in the advertising content of materials that are described in clause 3 PROHIBITED TOPICS.
2.19 The Advertiser undertakes to place advertising only after the written consent of the Administration, if the advertising content contains materials that are described in clause 7 TOPICS WITH RESTRICTIONS.
2.20 When placing advertising on the Freelance Marketplace with automatic publication immediately after payment, the advertising content undergoes post-moderation for compliance with the current rules. In the event that the advertising content contains materials that are described in clause 7 TOPICS WITH RESTRICTIONS and the Advertiser does not have the written consent of the Administration of the Freelance Marketplace, or if the advertising content contains materials that are described in clause 3 PROHIBITED TOPICS, then one impression of this advertising equals the full cost of placing the advertising, as a result of which the display of this advertising ends prematurely, earlier than the selected period of placing the advertising and without reimbursement of funds to the Advertiser. In other cases of non-compliance of the advertising content with these rules - the display of advertising is suspended, and a message is sent to the Advertiser's contact e-mail with the requirement to provide other advertising content for replacement. The advertising content for replacement must comply with the current rules. After the replacement of the advertising content, the display of advertising resumes.
2.21 The Administration reserves the right at its own discretion to reject, approve or remove advertising for any reason, including advertising that negatively affects our relationships with people or promotes content, services or activity contrary to our interests, principles or philosophy of advertising activity. In this case, the Administration undertakes to reimburse the cost of placing advertising in full, less the commission of payment systems and the payment aggregator. When reimbursing funds, the transfer is carried out to the same payment details from which the placement of advertising was paid, except for those cases when the Administration cannot make the payment by the same payment method. In this case, the Advertiser is obliged to provide the details of the payment method that the Administration specifies.
2.22 These rules are an addition to the general rules for using the Freelance Marketplace.
2.23 The Rules are compiled by the Administration and may at any time be supplemented and/or changed without prior notice to Users and Advertisers. The new version of the rules takes effect from the moment of publication on the Freelance Marketplace.
3 PROCEDURE FOR PLACING A BANNER
3.1 To place a Banner on the site, the Advertiser needs to go to the corresponding page [2] and fill in all the required fields, namely:
- the Advertiser's contact e-mail. When placing a Banner, the Advertiser undertakes to provide their valid contact e-mail for sending them notifications related to the placement of the Banner, as well as for resolving disputed issues, should they arise;
- the name of the site. Will be displayed when hovering the pointer over the Banner;
- a link to the External site. The link to the External site must be specified with the access protocol - http:// or https://. The content of the External site must not contradict these rules;
- the size of the Banner. Available sizes (width x height) and maximum weight (kilobytes) - 560x190px (1024 Kb), 728x90px (512 Kb), 468x60px (512 Kb), 240x400px (512 Kb), 240x80px (256 Kb), 125x125px (256 Kb);
- the image of the Banner. The image must be in .png, .jpeg (.jpg) or .gif format, must strictly correspond to the selected Banner size and must not exceed the corresponding maximum weight. The image can be uploaded to our server in one of two ways: by specifying an image to upload from your device or by specifying a link to the banner from an External site. The content of the Banner must not contradict these rules.
- the position of Placement [1]. The position of Placement strictly depends on the size of the Banner;
- the period of Placement. Available periods - 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. When placing a Banner for several months at once, a discount is provided: for 2 months - a 5% discount, for 3 months - a 10% discount, for 6 months - a 15% discount, for 1 year - a 20% discount;
- agreement with the rules; It is necessary to confirm the fact of familiarization and agreement with the current rules, as well as the fact of unconditional compliance with these rules.
3.2 After filling in all the required fields, it is necessary to click the "Pay for placement" button, after which the Advertiser will be redirected to the page of the payment aggregator, where they will be able to choose and Pay for the Placement of the Banner by any of the available payment methods. Immediately after Payment for the Placement of the Banner - the Banner will be Placed on the site and Impressions of the Banner to Site Visitors will begin.
3.3 Replacement of the Banner image and/or the link to the external site at the request of the Advertiser may not be performed more often than once a month. The Banner and the External site for replacement must comply with the current rules.
4 PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ARTICLE
4.1 To place an article, the Advertiser needs to send to the contact [2] e-mail of the Administration:
- a brief announcement of the article. May contain one image in high resolution;
- the full text of the article. May contain up to 10 images in high resolution, up to 3 links to various pages of the target site, 1 table, 1 attachment.
4.2 After the verification of the advertising content and its approval by the Administration, an invoice will be issued to the Advertiser in the payment aggregator and a link for payment will be provided.
4.3 After payment by the Advertiser, the article will be placed on the Freelance Marketplace within 48 working hours.
4.4 Making corrections to an article is possible no more often than once a month and only on the condition that the article was placed for more than 1 month. Corrections must not change the content of the article by more than 10%, the new advertising content must comply with these rules, the target site must remain the same.
5 PROCEDURE FOR SETTLEMENTS WITH OTHER TYPES OF ADVERTISING
5.1 To place advertising and offer cooperation in a format that excludes the placement of banners and articles, contact the Administration via the contacts [2] to assess the possibility and cost of placement, as well as to propose a convenient type of settlement for the corresponding type of advertising.
6 PROHIBITED TOPICS
6.1 Community standards. Advertising must not violate our general rules for using the Freelance Marketplace.
6.2 Illegal products and services. Advertising must not contain mention of illegal activity, services or products, promote them or facilitate their distribution. Advertising targeted at minors must not promote products, services or materials that are inappropriate, illegal, dangerous or that mislead or exert undue pressure on the target age groups.
6.3 Discrimination. Advertising must not discriminate against or encourage discrimination against people on the basis of personal characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, skin color, nationality, professed religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, health condition or genetic disease.
6.4 Tobacco products. Advertising must not contain offers to buy or use tobacco products and accessories for their consumption.
6.5 Drugs and drug-related products. Advertising must not contain offers for the sale or use of prohibited or soft drugs, as well as prescription medications.
6.6 Unsafe dietary supplements. Advertising must not promote the sale or use of supplements that are deemed unsafe.
6.7 Weapons, ammunition or explosives. Advertising must not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition or explosives. This category also includes a ban on Advertising accessories for the modification of weapons.
6.8 Adult goods or services. We prohibit Advertising that promotes the sale or use of adult goods or services.
6.9 Adult content. Advertising must not contain adult content. This includes images of nude body parts, people in indecent poses, as well as actions that are excessively explicit or sexually provocative. Advertising that explicitly states or implies the possibility to meet, contact or view content must not be positioned as related to sex or sexual relations with a person shown in the advertising.
6.10 Infringement of the rights of third parties. Advertising must not contain content that infringes the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark rights, privacy, publicity and other personal and property rights.
6.11. Sensational materials. Advertising must not contain shocking, sensational materials or materials that show disrespect for people or describe violence.
6.12. Personal characteristics. Advertising must not contain materials that reference personal characteristics or imply them. This includes direct or indirect mention or indication of race, ethnic origin, religion, beliefs, age, sexual orientation or behavior, gender identity, disability, medical condition (including physical or mental health), financial condition, union membership, criminal history or name.
6.13. Misleading content. Advertising must not contain deceptive, inaccurate or misleading content, including deceptive claims, offers or techniques.
6.14 Controversial content. Advertising must not contain materials whose authors use controversial political or social issues for commercial purposes.
6.15 Non-functioning External sites. Advertising must not redirect people to non-functioning External sites. This category also includes External sites that contain content that does not allow a person to leave them.
6.16 Surveillance equipment. Advertising must not promote the sale of spy cameras, mobile phone tracking devices or other hidden surveillance equipment.
6.17 Grammar and profanity. Advertising must not contain profanity or grammatical and punctuation errors. Symbols, numbers and letters should be used properly, without attempting to mislead us or other control systems during the verification of advertising.
6.18 Non-existent functions. In advertising it is prohibited to display images of non-existent functions. This includes images of play buttons, notifications, checkboxes, multiple answer options that actually cannot be selected, etc.
6.19 Personal health. Advertising must not contain "before" and "after" images, as well as images of unexpected or improbable results. Advertising must not assume or form in anyone a negative image of themselves in order to promote weight-loss aids, dietary or other health-related products.
6.20 Microloans, "payday" loans and collateral obligations. Advertising must not promote microloans, loans and advances against future salary or other short-term loans to cover someone's expenses until their next salary. By "short-term loans" are meant loans with a duration of 90 days or less.
6.21 Network marketing. Advertising that promotes income opportunities must describe in detail the product or business model and must not promote models that offer quick profit with small investments, including network marketing models.
6.22 Scandinavian auctions. Advertising may not promote Scandinavian auctions, pay-to-bid auctions and other similar business models.
6.23 Forged documents. Advertising must not promote services for forging documents, such as diplomas, passports or immigration documents.
6.24 Content of low quality or indecent character. Advertising must not contain links to External sites with inappropriate or intrusive content. This includes cases of misleading positioning of advertising, for example the addition of sensational headlines and luring people to External sites where there is little original content and a lot of extraneous or low-quality advertising.
6.25 Spyware or malware. Advertising must not contain spyware, malware or any other programs that may lead to unexpected consequences or the deception of Visitors. This category also includes links to sites with these products.
6.26 Automatic animation. Advertising must not contain audio or flash animation played automatically without human intervention or opening on the Site after navigating to the External site.
6.27 Unauthorized streaming devices. It is prohibited to advertise goods or items that facilitate or encourage unauthorized access to digital resources.
6.28 Systems for circumventing security measures. Advertising must not use tactics aimed at circumventing our verification of Advertising or the system for monitoring compliance with the rules. This includes technologies aimed at disguising the content of Advertising.
6.29 Prohibited financial products and services. Advertising must not promote financial products and services that are often associated with fraudulent schemes.
6.30 Sale of body parts. Advertisements must not advertise the sale of parts of the human body or biological fluids.
6.31 Competing sites. Advertising of External sites of a topic that competes with the Site is prohibited.
7 TOPICS WITH RESTRICTIONS
7.1 Alcohol.
7.2 Dating.
7.3 Gambling for real money.
7.4 State lotteries.
7.5 Online pharmacies.
7.6 Promotion of over-the-counter medications.
7.7 Subscription services.
7.8 Financial and insurance products and services.
7.9 Branded content.
7.10 Advertising related to issues of public significance, elections or politics.
7.11 Cryptocurrency and related products and services.
7.12 Treatment of alcohol and drug addiction.
7.13 Weight-loss products.
8 RESOLUTION OF DISPUTED POINTS
8.1 All disputed points that are not described by the current rules are resolved by the Advertiser/Visitor contacting the Administration via the contact details published on the contacts page [3]. The response time to an inquiry may reach up to 48 working hours.
