Low-voltage systems design for an office

We are fitting out a new office and looking for an engineer to design a turnkey low-voltage systems project. The space spans two floors with a total area of roughly six hundred square metres, seating for ninety workplaces, plus meeting rooms, a server room and a reception zone. We need a complete set of working documentation: a structured cabling network, cable routing diagrams, a bill of equipment and materials, and a floor plan showing the layout of outlet points. We expect a calculation of the number of ports per workplace, selection of patch cabinets, justification for the choice of cable and patch panels, and full cable log sheets. Access control, video surveillance and public address systems matter separately, and they must be tied into a single low-voltage infrastructure. Please attach examples of similar projects, state your timeline and the order in which materials will be delivered. We can provide measured plans, photographs of the premises and the customer technical brief. Payment is staged: an advance after the concept is approved and the balance on delivery of the full package. We expect the final files in editable and printable form, with an explanatory note and a cost estimate. Experience coordinating with the building operator services is welcome.
