Create a WordPress website

Deadline for applying is 01.03.2016.

We need a simple a WebApp with Frontend and Admin Panel.
You have to create an informational website with 6 tabs/pages, few pop-ups and the following functionality:

Frontend:
1. CV upload;
2. Subscription to our newsletters;
3. Applying to the job;
4. No user authentication.

Backend:
1.Dashboard;
2.Users (user list, add, edit, delete, change user status ...);
3.Newsletter (email list, search, edit, delete, send emails ...);
4.Jobs (post a job,job list, search, change job status, email address on which an application to a job will be sent ... )

The design is already completed.

The application should be based on latest stable WordPress CMS - 4.4.2.
It should run on a server with following software:
Apache - 2.4.6
MariaDB - 5.5.44
PHP - 5.5.31
VCS - Git.

! When applying to this project indicate the possible terms of accomplishment and desired amount.

You need to know English for reading and understanding the documentation. Also written communication will be in English (emails, bug tracking...).
It will be an advantage if you speak Russian or Romanian.
