The content slider is cyclical. The menu is placed on 80% of the screen. The menu is moved by the corresponding swipe (swipe short, works in any area of the screen), while the content slider should not be turned on. In the menu on the right should be a large vertical list, respectively, you need to indicate the presence of the continuation of the list with an arrow. When clicking on the arrow, we scroll down the menu to the screen. You can also snag (down/up). After scrolling down the menu, scrolling up/down, the menu moves without problems. A large list on the menu during and after the nomination should not affect the height of the page.
