Project description
Conditions of the Contest
1. The competition accepts drawings of the logo of the Sunny mall in a free form of execution, namely: paints, pencils, pens, computer graphics.
2. The competition is held for non-professional authors.
3. Participants are 8 years old.
4. The drawings of the contestants are accepted for the competition together with the application (Appendix No. 1) in electronic form (scan, or files of jpeg, jpg format) by e-mail:
5. From 15 June to 25 June, the work will be considered by the Commission.
Following the results of the meeting, the winner will be selected and awarded with the DNS Air Tab p100qg tablet computer.
6. The results of the contest will be announced on June 26, 2014, and the results will be announced on social media .
7. Works that do not meet the conditions of the competition are not allowed for consideration.
8. Works at the end of the competition are not reviewed and not returned.
9. The name of the author who did not provide (incompletely provided) the information specified in the application, as well as after the specified period, is not allowed to participate in the Award.
10. In case of claims, claims and claims of third parties, including copyright holders and related rights to the presented result of works, the participant undertakes to resolve them on his own behalf and at his own expense.
11. The creative work of the winner will be fully or partially implemented without the author’s name (according to Appendix No. 2).
12. The exclusive rights to the result of the winner’s works are transferred to the organizer (CJSC “DIAS”) in full and are transferred by the act of acceptance and transfer.
13. The effect of the exclusive right transferred by the winner to the organizer is not limited to territorial limits. The winner (the author) does not reserve the right to use the materials independently or to grant similar rights to their use to third parties.
Results of the Competition and awarding the winner
1. As a result of the Award, one participant will be identified who proposed the best idea of the Sunny SEC logo.
2. The participant who proposed the best idea of the Sunny SEC logo will be announced in the group: .
3. After summing up the results of the competition, the commission will select one winner and award a prize, namely the DNS Air Tab p100qg tablet computer.
