We need someone who:
• He is not indifferent to his own profession - expands the boundaries of his knowledge, follows modern trends.
• Possesses graphics programs, makes up html, CSS+, bootstrap, etc.
• Understands the principles of modular layout, feels color and shape, has taste.
• Knows what “adaptive layout” is and applies it.
• Reads the text before composing it, takes into account the accents.
• Set deadlines and meet them.
We value others’ time as our own. Therefore, we do not need to waste it on the answer if:
You are basically satisfied with your current job and you are just looking for a better place or you have several regular customers and need another one to expand your portfolio.
You think that additional skills or an interesting hobby are replacing core skills.
• You are not interested in long-term long-term long-term employment.
• You are not ready to complete the test.
How do we select designers?
First stage: acquaintance: send a resume with a story about yourself and a link to a portfolio, voice wishes for a monthly reward;
Second stage: Test: complete a test task for 1-2 hours (so we can see if we can work together)
The third stage: the contract: discuss the terms of cooperation.
The main tasks: creation of short landing pages, capture pages, banners, etc., work in our editor.
What we're proposing:
Interesting job in a company where the boss is far away and no one is breathing in the back.
• Stable payment.
• Adequate full-time workload.
• Freedom of action in the field of design. You suggest a concept of a landing or banner and explain why it is so, not otherwise, why the font is small or large, etc.
