Warehouse inventory app with barcode scanner

We are looking for a developer to build a mobile warehouse inventory application with barcode scanning. Right now our stock is tracked in spreadsheets, so the numbers on screen rarely match what is actually on the shelves, and a full count takes the team several days. We want a warehouse worker to point a phone camera at a barcode and instantly record an incoming delivery, an outgoing shipment, or a recount. The core operations are receiving goods against a supplier invoice, dispatching items with automatic write-off, and both scheduled and spot stocktakes that log every discrepancy. The app must work without a constant internet connection: data is stored on the device and synchronised with the server as soon as a signal returns. We need reporting — current balances per warehouse, movement over a chosen period, a list of items below their minimum level, and a printable inventory act. Support for several warehouses and user roles is essential: a picker, a shift lead, and a manager, each seeing only what their role allows. Products can be added by hand or imported from a file, with a name, SKU, unit, price and photo. Android is mandatory, iOS is a plus. Above all we want a clean, uncluttered interface that a new employee can learn in a single day.
