Widget Slider with clock on Android

You need to make a widget for Android like a frame for slides.
The size is adjustable or optional 2 options 4x3 and 4x4.
In the upper band: alarm clock, clock and date, folded menu.
In the bottom band – placed advertising from Google.
In the menu to choose from several themes and styles of execution (background, text and numerals of the alarm clock and clock) – black, white, under a tree, etc.
Set up so that depending on the chosen style on the background used a certain set of pictures – backgrounds. Or all at once.
Several options for the speed of changing wallpaper - 3 seconds / 5 seconds / never, etc.
Provide the possibility of disabling Advertising for payment.

In the future, provide for the possibility for Me to independently change the set of pictures and the ability to turn off advertising completely or for payment.
Alternatively (if possible) the whole idea can be implemented in the form of an Application with Changing Desktop Background Wallpaper, but with the same conditions and elements.
