1. Project development:
- Automation and dispatching of engineering systems of the building and complexes;
- guaranteed energy supply systems;
- fire protection systems and measures;
- communications networks;
- security systems.
2. By agreement of projects among themselves, in part:
- placement of engineering networks and equipment in the AP section;
- compliance of the project AR with fire protection measures;
- availability of power supply of engineering, low-current and fire-fighting systems in the EOM section;
- management of engineering, technological and fire protection systems according to the "Fire" signal.
The scope of work performed.
1. In designing:
- development of the concept and technical specification for design;
- Preliminary budget formation for the area of responsibility;
participation in the selection of a contractor;
- control over the execution of project documentation in accordance with the TZ and regulatory documents, coordination of the accepted documentation, coordination of the COP.
2. During construction:
- participation in the formation of the budget for the area of responsibility;
participation in the selection of a contractor;
- control of execution of works in accordance with project and regulatory documentation, coordination of changes;
- coordination of acts of hidden works, COP, etc.;
- conducting individual and complex tests, monitoring the elimination of comments;
- coordination of acts of work performed, verification and acceptance of ID;
- transfer of systems into operation to the relevant services of LLC "Sportmaster".

Proposals under consideration

1. 90% - remote work (phone, e-mai), it is possible to go to the facility and to meetings no more than 1 time a week
2. Possible work to be done.
For design:
- development of TK for design, consideration and making comments, proposals (if necessary) in the existing TK;
- support of development of sections of project documentation for compliance with the Requirements specified by the Customer in the TZ and the requirements of the regulatory documentation of the Russian Federation;
- coordination of project sections among themselves at the points of their interface;
Perhaps designing separate sections.
According to CMP:
- support of the management of the CMP for compliance with project and regulatory documentation;
- consideration and submission of proposals if necessary to make changes to the project documentation;
- coordination of relevant CMP acts;
- participation in individual and complex tests;
- participation in the process of commissioning the facility.
