The section “Calculator” considers “on the fly”: you can enter any number of hours and without restarting and pressing buttons to get the calculation. Before entering the numbers, the user shows the maximum monthly rate.
The method of calculation (several constant numerical values multiplied by the number entered by the user) plus the result in the bottom field - I will tell you during the discussion. It's simple.
